摘要：子痫前期是一种妊娠期特有的多系统疾病,其发病机制涉及多个相互关联的病理环节。中医病机主要为脾肾两虚或气滞,发为子肿,阴虚阳亢或痰浊上扰,发为子晕,补肾益气是子痫前期重要的治疗方法。杜仲作为传统中药,具有补肝肾、安胎、降压等功效。杜仲的有效成分复杂,具有多种药理作用,其富含木脂素类、黄酮类、环烯醚萜类和多糖等多种活性成分。现代药理学研究显示,杜仲及其活性成分能通过多靶点、多途径协同发挥作用,改善子痫前期。近年来,研究关注杜仲的有效成分在改善子痫前期方面的药理作用及机制。本文从改善血管内皮功能与降压、抗炎与免疫调节、抗氧化作用、调节血管生成因子等方面系统综述杜仲及其主要活性成分,改善子痫前期的作用机制,为进一步研究杜仲的药理机制及防治子痫前期提供新思路。
Preeclampsia is a multisystem disease unique to pregnancy,its pathogenesis involving multiple interrelated pathological processes.The main pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine is deficiency of both spleen and kidney or qi stagnation,which can lead to gestational anasarca,hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency or upward disturbance of phlegm-turbidity,which can lead to gestational vertigo,tonifying kidney and nourishing qi are important treatment methods of preeclampsia.Eucommiae Cortex as a traditional Chinese materia medica,has the effects of nourishing liver and kidney,stabilizing fetus,and lowering blood pressure.Active ingredients of Eucommiae Cortex are complex,have multiple pharmacological effects,is rich in various active ingredients such as lignans,flavonoids,iridoids,and polysaccharides.Modern pharmacology shows that Eucommiae Cortex and its active ingredients can work synergistically through multiple targets and multiple pathways to improve preeclampsia.In recent years,research focuses on active ingredients of Eucommiae Cortex of pharmacological effects and mechanisms in improving preeclampsia.This article systematically reviews Eucommiae Cortex and its main active ingredients from the aspects of improving endothelial function and lowering blood pressure,anti-inflammatory and immune regulation,antioxidant effects,and regulating angiogenic factors,improve action mechanism of preeclampsia,provide new insights for further research pharmacological mechanisms of Eucommiae Cortex and prevention and treatment of preeclampsia.
