摘要:目的:对中药大黄3种不同基原植物的生境适宜性进行评价,为种植区域的选取和优质大黄药材资源的合理利用提供科学依据。方法:利用最大熵(MaxEnt)模型与地理信息系统(GIS)技术,结合全国范围内55个环境气候因子的空间数据和中药大黄3种基原植物的实际地理分布信息,预测中药大黄全国生境适宜性空间分布并进行等级划分。结果:掌叶大黄和唐古特大黄的适宜生境主要分布在我国西藏、青海、四川和甘肃四省交界处,云南和陕西也有一些分布;药用大黄适宜生境的地理分布较其他2种基原植物有所东移,集中在四川中东部、甘肃和陕西南部以及重庆大部分地区。3种基原植物都以四川省生境适宜性最高,且分布面积最广。结论:中药大黄3种基原植物的生境适宜性在地理分布上存在差异,且最适宜生境重叠区域较少,在人工种植选址时要加以区分。
Objective:To evaluate the habitat suitability of three sources of rhubarb,and to provide a scientific basis for selecting planting areas of rhubarb and for the rational utilization of the medical material resource of high-quality Rhubarb.Methods:Based on Maximum Entropy Model and GIS technology,with the spatial data of 55 environmental and climatic factors nationwide and the actual geographical distribution of three sources(Rheum palmatum,R.Tanguticum and R.officinale)of Rhubarb,to predict and classify the spatial distribution of nationwide habitat suitability of rhubarb.Results:The suitable habitat of R.palmatum and R.tanguticumis mainly in the junction of Tibet,Qinghai,Gansu and Sichuan province,and also in some parts of Yunnan and Shaanxi province.The suitable habitat of R.officinale goes eastward compared with the other two species,is mainly in the central and eastern part of Sichuan,the southern part of Gansu and Shaanxi as well as most parts of Chongqing.The most suitable habitat and the vastest distribution area of all the three sources are all in Sichuan province.Conclusion:There are spatial differences in the geographical distribution of habitat suitability for the three sources of Rhubarb,and the most suitable habitat overlap area is less,it is necessary to distinguish different source when rhubarb is artificially planted.
