摘要：近年来,早发性卵巢功能不全(Premature ovarian insufficiency,POI)发病率逐年增高。患有POI的女性患骨质疏松症、心血管疾病和痴呆症的风险也会增加。此外,POI还可能导致一系列健康问题,如抑郁、焦虑以及婚姻生活质量和性功能受损。POI的发病原因及其治疗是众多学者和临床医师面临的重大难题。兹将该病的病因及其治疗方法进行归纳和总结,为学者和临床医生提供参考,指导临床治疗。
In recent years,as female’s role in society has become more and more important,they are also under increasing pressure,followed by health problems.Premature ovarian insufficiency is one of many diseases that affect female’s health,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Women with POI are at increased risk of osteoporosis,cardiovascular disease and dementia.In addition,POI may also lead to a range of health problems such as depression,anxiety,and impaired marital quality of life and sexual function.The cause and treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency is a major problem faced by many scholars and clinicians.The cause and treatment of the disease are summarized,providing scholars and clinicians with a certain theoretical basis,in order to further overcome this difficulty and bring the gospel to the majority of women。
