摘要：目前,针对膜性肾病(MN)一般采取免疫抑制药、细胞毒性激素类等药物治疗,但存在禁忌证多、药物不良反应发生率高、停药后复发率高等不足。中医药可以通过发挥多途径、多靶点、多效应、安全性高等优势来促进修复足细胞损伤、抑制足细胞凋亡,从而有效延缓MN进展。本文通过检索近年来国内外相关文献,从MN的发病机制、足细胞凋亡与其内在联系以及中药干预等方面进行总结,旨在为MN开发临床药物提供新思路和科学理论依据。
At present,membranous nephropathy(MN)is generally treated with immunosuppressive drugs,cytotoxic hormones and other drugs,but there are many contraindications,large adverse drug reactions,and high recurrence rate after drug withdrawal.With the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of MN gradually prominent.Traditional Chinese medicine can promote the repair of podocyte damage and inhibit podocyte apoptosis through the advantages of multi-pathway,multi-target,multi-effect and high safety,thus effectively delaying the progression of MN.By searching relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,this paper summarized the pathogenesis of MN,podocyte apoptosis and its internal relationship,and Chinese medicine intervention,aiming to provide new ideas and scientific theoretical basis for the development of clinical drugs for MN.
