摘要：本文对产后痹的病因、病机、发病与督脉走行及生理功能之间的关系进行阐述,指出卫阳不足、营卫失和是产后痹发病的病机关键,因督脉为"阳脉之海",总督诸阳,卫阳亦列其中,督脉又是连结皮肉筋骨与脏腑经络气血功能的桥梁,故督脉痹阻或亏虚、督阳失运是产后痹发病的经络学基础,通过对督脉分布规律及功能的研究,深入探讨产后痹的病因病机,以期为临床诊疗提供理论依据。
In this paper,the relationship among the etiology,pathogenesis,morbidity and Du vein and physiological function ofpostpartum biopsy is described.“Weiyang Buzu,Yingwei Shihe”is the key to postpartum diseases,the governor of Du vein goes to“thesea of Yangmai”.Through the study the distribution and function of Du vein,the pathogenesis of postpartum paralysis is discussed,so as toprovide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
