摘要:目的探讨甘肃河西走廊地区沙尘暴天气对当地居民缺血性心脏病死亡的影响。方法从甘肃省气象局获取河西走廊地区2001年至2015年的日平均风速、日平均气温和日平均相对湿度等沙尘暴气象资料,同时从甘肃省疾病预防控制中心获取河西走廊地区2001年至2015年缺血性心脏病死亡病例的性别、死亡年龄、死亡日期和常居住地等死亡资料,并选择天水陇南地区沙尘暴少发区的气象、死亡资料作为对照组。分析沙尘暴天气对当地居民缺血性心脏病死亡的影响。结果①甘肃河西走廊地区沙尘暴天气发生次数、日平均风速均高于天水陇南地区(P<0.05),但日平均气温和日平均相对湿度均显著低于后者(P<0.01)。②甘肃河西走廊地区缺血性心脏病男性死亡率(/十万)、女性死亡率(/十万)和总死亡率(/十万)均明显高于天水陇南地区(P<0.05),且男性死亡率在两地区均高于女性死亡率(P<0.05)。结论甘肃河西走廊地区沙尘暴天气可增加当地居民缺血性心脏病的死亡率。
Objective To investigate the effect of sandstorm weather in the Hexi Corridor region of Gansu on the death of ischemic heart disease among local residents. Methods Obtain weather data of sandstorm in the Hexi Corridor region from 2001 to 2015 from Gansu Meteorological Bureau, including daily average wind speed, daily average temperature, and daily average relative humidity, etc. At the same time, data on deaths from ischemic heart disease in the Hexi Corridor region from 2001 to 2015 were collected from the Gansu Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, including gender, age of death, date of death, and habitual residence, etc. The weather and death data from Sandstorm-less areas in the Tianshui Longnan region were selected as the control group.Analysis of the impact of sandstorm weather on the death of ischemic heart disease among local residents. Results ①The frequency of sandstorm and the daily average wind speed in the Hexi Corridor region of Gansu were higher than those in Tianshui Longnan region (P<0.05), but the daily average temperature and the daily average relative humidity were significantly lower than the latter (P<0.01).②The male mortality rate (/100 000), female mortality rate (/100 000), and total mortality rate (/100 000) for ischemic heart disease in the Hexi Corridor region of Gansu are significantly higher than those in Tianshui Longnan region (P<0.05), and the male mortality rate was higher than female mortality rate in both regions (P<0.05). Conclusion Sandstorm weather in the Hexi Corridor region of Gansu can increase the mortality rate of ischemic heart disease among local residents.
