摘要：目的评价螺旋CT增强扫描、后处理重建及CT血管成像判断中央型肺癌侵犯周围大血管的准确性。方法对15例中央型肺癌患者行螺旋CT增强扫描,对比增强横断面CT图像、后处理重建及CT血管成像的图像,分析中央型肺癌侵犯邻近血管的影像学特征。结果15例中央型肺癌患者增强CT检查图像及重建图像显示均有不同程度侵犯邻近肺动脉和肺静脉,图像上均可见脂肪间隙消失、血管明显狭窄闭塞的影像特征。结论CT增强扫描可提高对肿瘤侵犯周围大血管判断的敏感度及准确率,同时对肺癌进行临床分期及术前评估有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of multi-slice helical CT enhancement scanning, post-processing image reconstruction techniques and CT angiography on the assessment of the invasion of adjacent main vessels by central pulmonary carcinoma. Methods 15 patients with central pulmonary carcinoma were scanned by multi-slice helical CT enhancement scanning; the enhanced transection CT image, and post-processing muir;planar reformation and CT angiography images were contrasted. The image characteristics of the invasion of adjacent main vessels were observed and analyzed. Results In 15 patients, the enhanced transection CT image and post-processing muir;planar reformation image displayed the invasion of adjacent pulmonary artery and vein at various degrees, the disappearance of adipose interspace, and the obvious stricture and occlusion of blood vessels. Conclusion Multi-slice helical CT enhancement scanning can improve the accuracy and sensitivity in the assessment of the invasion of adjacent main vessels by central pulmonary carcinoma, and it has an important significance for the correct clinical stage and preoperative evaluation of pulmonary carcinoma.
