摘要:外科学教学阶段是医学生执业能力培养及职业人格形成的关键时期。针对医学生现阶段的心理特征,为激发学生学习兴趣、加强执业能力培养,将立体化教学模式即"教学—实践—再教学—再实践—自主学习"的教学方法应用于外科学教学,整个教学过程中教师以引导为主,突出学生在教学中的主体地位。通过与多元化教学模式比较,以模拟执业医师考核为评价体系,探讨立体化教学模式的教学效果及可行性;并通过学生问卷反馈,探讨立体化教学模式与模拟执业医师考核的相适应性以及存在的问题。结果表明,立体化教学模式更符合执业医师考核的要求,二者结合有助于激发学生的学习兴趣和培养学生自主学习的能力、科研创新能力及临床执业能力,符合"以学生为中心"的教学理念。
The teaching stage of surgery is a key period for the cultivation of medical students' practice ability and professional personality. According to the psychological characteristics of medical students in the present stage, in order to stimulate learning interest and strengthen practical ability, a stereo teaching mode, teaching-practice- teaching again-practice again-autonomic study, is applied in surgical teaching. Teachers play guidance roles and highlight the main part of students in the teaching process. The teaching effect and feasibility are explored by comparing diversified teaching modes taking simulated medical licensing examination as review system. The adaptation to simulated medical licensing examination and problems in stereo teaching mode are discussed through questionnaire feedback from students. The results show that stereo teaching mode is more suitable to medical licensing examination, and the combination of both is beneficial to stimulate learning interest and cultivate autonomous learning ability, innovation ability and clinical practice ability in students. The stereo teaching mode is in accordance with student-centered teaching idea.
