摘要：目的:对祖师麻凝胶膏剂的镇痛抗炎药效学进行评价。方法:采用扭体法和热板法观察祖师麻凝胶膏剂的镇痛作用,采用耳廓肿胀法观察祖师麻凝胶膏剂的抗炎作用。结果:与基质对照组比较,祖师麻凝胶膏剂小、中、大剂量组均可提高给药后不同时间痛阈值(P<0.05),祖师麻凝胶膏剂中、大剂量作用强于祖师麻膏药组(P<0.05);与基质对照组比较,祖师麻凝胶膏剂小、中、大剂量可延长给药后疼痛潜伏期并减少扭体反应次数(P<0.05),祖师麻凝胶膏剂大剂量组扭体反应次数少于祖师麻膏药组(P<0.05);与基质对照组比较,祖师麻凝胶膏剂中、大剂量可减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度(P<0.05),祖师麻凝胶膏剂大剂量肿胀抑制率高于师麻膏药(P<0.05)。祖师麻凝胶膏剂各剂量组与扶他林组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:祖师麻凝胶膏剂具有显著的镇痛和抗炎作用。
Objective： To evaluate the analgesic function and anti-inflammation effects ofZuShiMa cataplasm. Methods： Analgesic function of ZuShiMa cataplasm was observed by adopting writhing test and hot-plate test, anti-inflammation of ZuShiMa cataplasm was observed by using ear swelling. Results： Compared with the matrix control group, low, moderate and high doses of ZuShiMa cataplasm can increase pain thresholds at different times after medication（P〈0.05）, the function of moderate and high doses ofZuShiMa cataplasm were higher than ZuShiMa plaster （P〈0.05）; compared with the matrix control group, low, moderate and high doses ofZuShiMa cataplasm can prolong pain latent period after medication and reduce the number of writhing response （P〈0.05）, the number of writhing response in high doses of ZuShiMa cataplasm group was lower than that ZuShiMa plaster （P〈0.05）; compared with the matrix control group, moderate and high doses ofZuShiMa cataplasm can relieve ear swelling of mice （P〈 0.05）, the swelling inhibiting rate of high doses of ZuShiMa cataplasm was higher than that ZuShiMa plaster （P 〈 0.05）. ZuShiMa cataplasm of different doses groups compared with Voltaren group, there were no statistical differences （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： ZuShiMa eataplasm shows significant analgesic and anti-inflammation function.
