摘要:目的:观察传统热补针法对实验性关节炎家兔模型的镇痛效应和外周镇痛机理.方法:将健康的2~3月龄青紫蓝家兔50只在测定痛阈后,按随机表分组法分为正常对照组、模型对照组、内服药物对照组、捻转针法对照组、热补针法治疗组5组,每组9只.以卵蛋白诱导关节炎疼痛模型.对正常对照组、模型对照组家兔每天进行抓取、固定刺激,其余3组进行连续治疗.6 d后,比较各组家兔膝关节组织中β内啡肽(β-EP)、亮啡肽(LEK)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的变化.结果:经治疗后,各治疗组家兔在痛阈提高的同时,膝关节组织中的PGE2、β-EP、LEK含量有明显改变.其中热补针法组膝关节组织中的PGE2显著降低,β-EP、LEK显著升高,其作用优于内服药物组和捻转针法组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论:传统热补针法有显著的外周镇痛效应.
Objective:To observe analgesia effect and puncture therapy of heat-reinforce to experimental arthritis 5 groups after determining pain threshold, and every group peripheral analgesia mechanism of traditional acurabbits. Methods :50 health rabbits were divided into had 9 rabbits. Induced arthritis ache model with egg albumin. Rabbits of control group and model group were grabed and irritated every day, the rest were treated continuously. 6 days latter, compared the change state of pain threshold and the content of β-EP, LEK ar.d PGE2 in tissue of knee joint. Results:After treating, pain threshold of rabbits in each treating groups rised. The content of PGE2,β-EP and LEK in tissue of knee joint changed prominently, and acupuncture therapy of heateinforce could decreased prominently the level of PGE2, and the level of β-EP and LEK increased prominently( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion : Traditional acupuncture therapy of heat-reinforce has prominent effect of peripheral analgesia.
