摘要:【目的】探究纹党参种子萌发和幼苗生长对其不同连作年限土壤水浸液的自毒响应,旨在为纹党参连作障碍发生机制的研究提供一定的理论依据。【方法】以纹党参连作1,2和3年的根际土壤为研究对象,设置不同质量浓度的土壤水浸液,以蒸馏水(CK)为对照,分析其对纹党参种子萌发、幼苗生长及幼苗生理指标的影响,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析不同连作年限土壤中的自毒物质种类及含量。【结果】连作1,2和3年纹党参根际土壤水浸液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响整体表现为抑制作用,且在同一质量浓度下,抑制效应随着连作年限的延长逐渐增强。在连作1年土壤水浸液处理下,纹党参幼苗SOD活性表现出低质量浓度促进、高质量浓度抑制的变化趋势,而在连作2年和3年土壤水浸液处理下则随着土壤水浸液质量浓度的升高而持续下降。各连作年限下,随着土壤水浸液质量浓度的增大,纹党参幼苗中POD、CAT活性及可溶性糖、脯氨酸、MDA含量均呈逐渐增加的趋势。GCMS结果表明,连作1,2和3年土壤水浸液中分别存在6,6和18种化合物,其中咖啡因、油酸酰胺、乙酰柠檬酸三丁酯、对苯二甲酸二辛酯等化合物的相对含量较高。【结论】纹党参连作根际土壤水浸液对其种子萌发和幼苗生长具有一定的自毒效应,且连作年限越长自毒效应越强。
【Objective】This research aims to explore the autotoxic response of seed germination and seedling growth of C.pilosula var.modesta to the water extracts from rhizosphere soil under different years of continuous cropping,providing a theoretical basis for understanding the mechanisms of continuous cropping obstacles in C.pilosula var.modesta.【Method】Rhizosphere soils from 1-,2-and 3-year continuous cropping fields of C.pilosula var.modesta were selected as research subjects.Different concentrations of soil water extracts were used,with distilled water(CK)as the control to analyze their effects on seed germination,seedling growth and seedling physiological indicators of C.pilosula var.modesta.And gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS)was employed to analyze the types and contents of autotoxic substances in soils with different continuous cropping years.【Result】The rhizosphere soil water extracts of C.pilosula var.modesta cultivated for 1,2,and 3 consecutive years exhibited an overall inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth.Furthermore,at the same inhibitory concentration,the inhibitory effect became progressively intensified with increasing years of continuous cropping.SOD activity of the seedlings was promoted by low concentration and inhibited by high concentration of soil water extracts under 1-year continuous cropping,while SOD activity of the seedings was decreased continuously with the increase of soil water extracts concentration under 2-and 3-year continuous cropping.Across all continuous cropping years,the activities of POD and CAT,as well as the contents of soluble sugars,proline and MDA in seedlings,gradually increased with increasing concentrations of soil water extract.The results of GC-MS showed that there were 6,6 and 18 compounds in the soil water extracts of rhizosphere soil under1-,2-and 3-year continuous cropping,respectively,among which the relative contents of caffeine,oleamide,acetyl tributyl citrate and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid,bis(2-ethylhexyl)ester were higher.【Conclusion】The rhizosphere soil water extracts of C.pilosula var.modesta under continuous cropping exhibit autotoxic effects on seed germination and seedling growth,with the autotoxicity becoming more pronounced as the continuous cropping years increase.
