摘要：成骨分化抑制或减弱是骨质疏松症发病的重要因素之一,通过对骨代谢相关微小RNA(MicroRNA,miRNA)的深入研究,发现其表达与成骨分化密切相关,本文通过对miRNA调控成骨分化的研究现状及其机制作详细阐述,旨在为骨质疏松症的发病与诊疗提供一定的理论依据。
The inhibition or weakening of osteogenic differentiation is one of the important factors of osteoporosis.The in-depth researches of bone metabolism-related microRNA （ miRNA ） reveal a close relationship between the expression of miRNA and osteogenic differentiation.This paper elaborates the research status of osteogenic differentiation regulated by miRNA and its mechanisms, aiming at providing a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of osteoporosis.
