摘要:目的:探讨治萎防变胶囊对CAG模型大鼠血浆ET-1含量和胃组织氧自由基域的影响。方法:采用综合法复制CAG病理模型。施药治疗后对各组大鼠血浆ET-1、胃组织SOD、GSH-Px及MDA、LPO水平进行检测。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血浆ET-1含量显著升高(P<0.01),胃组织SOD、GSH-Px活性显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),MDA、LPO含量显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,治萎防变胶囊可显著降低血浆ET-1含量(P<0.05),显著提高SOD、GSH-Px活性(P<0.05)并降低MDA、LPO含量(P<0.05),且以治萎防变胶囊大剂量作用显著。结论:治萎防变胶囊具有增加胃黏膜血流量,改善微循环和提高机体抗氧化酶活性,减轻自由基损伤并抑制脂质过氧化物反应的作用。
Objective:To study effects of Zhiweifangbian capsule(ZWFB) on content of ET-1 in plasma and oxygen free radical threshold in gastric tissue of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:Model of chronic atrophic gastritis was established with synthetic method.After treated with ZWFB,the content of ET-1 in plasma,activity of SOD,GSH-Px and content of MDA,LPO in gastric tissue were detected.Results:In successful model group,content of ET-1 in plasma was much higher than that of normal group(P0.01),activity of SOD,GSH-Px were much lower than those of normal group(P0.01,P0.05),content of MDA,LPO were much higher than those of normal group(P0.01).Compared with model group,ZWFB could decrease content of ET-1 in plasma(P0.05),increase activity of SOD,GSH-Px(P0.05) and decrease content of MDA,LPO(P0.05) significantly.Conclusion:It was suggested that ZWFB has functions of ameliorating gastric mucosal blood flow and microcirculation;elevating antioxidation enzyme activity,lessening free radical impairment and restraining lipid peroxidation.
