摘要：慢性湿疹是皮肤科最常见的变态反应性疾病之一。经查阅文献,发现＂藏药二十五味儿茶凝胶＂可通过亲水高分子溶蚀材料携药效成分清除自由基抗氧化,阻断Ig E高亲和力受体FcεRⅠ释放组胺而解痒,调控炎性细胞因子以抗炎,抑杀皮肤微生物,该剂型起到保湿修复、屏蔽致敏原的作用。以上研究证实,藏药可通过多途径和多环节外治慢性湿疹,实为二十五味儿茶凝胶治疗慢性湿疹的多重作用机制。
Chronic eczema is one of the most common allergic diseases in dermatology.By means of literature review found that＂Tibetan medicine Ershi Wuwei Catechu Gel＂through the hydrophilic polymer components dissolution material with medicinal composition to free radical scavenging antioxidant,blocked Ig E high affinity receptor FcεRⅠto release histamineand,regulate inflammatory cytokines in antiinflammatory,inhibit and kill skin microbes,the dosage form moisturizing repair,shielding sensitization the original role.The above studies have proved that Tibetan medicine can be used to treat chronic eczema base on multi channels and multi links,which is the multiple action mechanism of Ershi Wuwei Catechu Gel in the treatment of chronic eczema.
