摘要：目的观察背俞穴线罐配合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹血虚风燥证的临床疗效。方法将90例慢性荨麻疹血虚风燥证患者按照就诊先后顺序随机分为3组,各30例。线罐组给予线罐配合自血疗法治疗,梅花针组给予梅花针叩刺后拔罐配合自血疗法治疗,西药组给予依巴斯汀片口服。3组均以3周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较3组的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、复发率,以及治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平。结果线罐组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),梅花针组为86.7%(26/30),西药组为76.7%(23/30),线罐组总有效率明显高于其他2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3组血清IgE水平均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且线罐组明显低于其他2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);梅花针组复发率为10.0%(3/30),西药组为20.0%(6/30),线罐组为6.7%(2/30),线罐组复发率明显低于其他2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);西药组出现轻度嗜睡症状2例,头晕1例,其余2组均未出现明显不良反应。结论背俞穴线罐配合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹血虚风燥证临床疗效显著,可明显降低患者血清IgE水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of chronic urticaria with blood-asthenia and wind-dryness syndrome treated by Beishu points catgut-embedding and cupping therapy cooperated with autohemotherapy.Methods Ninety cases of chronic urticaria with blood-asthenia and wind-dryness syndrome were divided into 3 groups,with 30 cases in each.Catgut-embedding and cupping group was given catgut-embedding and cupping therapy cooperated with autohemotherapy,plum-blossom needle group was given tapped needling by plum-blossom needle and cupping therapy cooperated with autohemotherapy,Western medicine group was given oral administration of ebastine tablets.Three weeks constituted 1 course of treatment for the 3 groups,totally 3 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)level among the 3 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of catgut-embedding and cupping group was 96.7%(29/30),that of plum-blossom needle group was 86.7%(26/30),that of Western medicine group was 76.7%(23/30),and that of catgut-embedding and cupping group was significantly higher than that of the other 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of IgE in the 3 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,catgut-embedding and cupping group were significantly lower than that of the other 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of plum-blossom needle group was 10.0%(3/30),that of Western medicine group was 20.0%(6/30),that of catgut-embedding and cupping group was 6.7%(2/30),catgut-embedding and cupping group was significantly lower than that of the other 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the Western medicine group,there were 2 cases of mild somnolence and 1 case of dizziness.There were no significant adverse reactions in the other 2 groups.Conclusion It has significant clinical efficacy to use Beishu points catgut-embedding and cupping therapy cooperated with autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria with blood-asthenia and wind-dryness syndrome,can markedly decrease serum level of IgE in patients,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
