摘要：目前心脏病已成为威胁人类生命的主要疾病之一,氧化应激在其发病机制中起着重要的作用。心脏疾病发作时会产生大量的氧自由基,损害心肌细胞,造成不可逆的后果。西医在心脏疾病氧化应激中多数为对症治疗,中医中药的应用在其基础上具有安全性高,副作用少的优点。故本文从单味中药、中药复方等方面介绍中药对心脏疾病氧化应激作用的影响,以期推广中药的临床应用。
Heart disease has become one of the major diseases in the world that threatened human life, oxidation stress plays an important role in its pathogenesis. When the heart disease occurs,it produces large amounts of oxygen free radicals, damages cardiac cells and leads to irreversible consequences.Western medicine focuses on symptomatic treatment in the role of oxidation stress in heart disease, However,Chinese medicine is security and has fewer side effects in treating heart disease.Therefore, this article describes the effects of Chinese medicine in the role of oxidative stress in heart disease from single herbs, Chinese medicine, etc. And expects to promote the clinical applications of traditional Chinese medicine.
