摘要：目的优选金蕾复方醇提工艺条件。方法以金蕾复方药液对胆汁淤积小鼠模型的干预效果为指标筛选最佳提取溶媒,以当药黄素、当药醇苷含量及干膏率为综合考察指标,采用L_9(3~4)正交试验对料液比、提取时间、提取次数进行优化,筛选最佳提取工艺参数。结果金蕾复方醇提最佳工艺条件为:以70%乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比为1∶8,提取时间为1 h,提取次数为2次。结论本试验优选的提取工艺保证了金蕾复方的药效,简单合理、稳定可行,可用于该制剂的工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the conditions for the ethanol extraction of Jinlei Compound.Methods The optimal extraction solvent was selected by the intervention effect of Jinlei Compound liquid on the cholestasis model of mice.With composite score of the contents of swertisin and swertianolin and dry extract yiled as indexes,effects of the amount of water,extraction time and times on extraction process were investigated by L 9(3 4)orthogonal test,then the optimum extraction process parameters were obtained.Results The optimum conditions for the ethanol extraction of Jinlei Compound was as follows:70%ethanol as the extraction solvent,extracting 2 times with 8 times the amount of water,1 hour each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction process not only ensures the efficacy of Jinlei Compound,but also is simple,reasonable,stable and feasible,which is suitable for industrial production of the preparation.
