摘要:目的:观察当归、红芪及当归红芪合剂(当归:红芪=1:5)超滤膜提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠血清一氧化氮(n itric oxide,NO,下同)、肌酸激酶同功酶(creatine k inase-MB,CK-MB,下同)的影响,探讨当归、红芪及其合剂对缺血心肌的保护作用及其机制。方法:以冠状动脉前降支结扎法制造急性心肌缺血模型;造模成功后,32只大鼠随机分为1、3、7、14天组,每组8只;采用拉丁方设计实验方法并对动物进行用药;用酶还原法测定血清NO含量;用全自动生化仪测定血清CK-MB含量。结果:血清NO含量与血清CK-MB含量在不同时间组大鼠之间和不同药物组大鼠之间均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:当归、红芪及其合剂超滤膜提取物具有降低心肌缺血大鼠血清NO含量和降低血清CK-MB活性的作用,且与用药时间有关。中药对缺血心肌的保护作用可能与用药时间有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of ultra-filtration extract from Angelica sinensis (AS), Hedysarum polybotrys (HP)and their mixture on nitrous oxide(NO) and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) in serum of rats with acute myocardial ischemia, to explore their protective role and correlative mechanism on myocardial ischemia. Methods: To estabish myocardial ischemia model rats with occulation coronary artery and design experimental method with latin square. 32 animals were randomly derided into 1 day group,3 day group,7 day group and 14 day group. Each group includes 8 animals. The content of NO and CK-MB in serum were measured by emzyme-reduce method and automated biochemical instrument respectively. Results: the serum NO, CK-MB have significant difference in different time-groups and in different drug-groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The ultra-filtration extract from Angelica sineruls ( AS), Hedysarum polybotrys (HP) and their mixture could decrease the content of NO and activity of CK-MB in serum of rats with acute myocardial ischemia. The effect having been discussed above is related to time of myocardial ischemia and treatment, The protective role of the herbs on myocardial ischemia could be concerned with its treatment time.
