摘要：王海东主任医师根据多年临床经验,结合傅青主“利腰脐”学术思想,提出针刀“脐下营解结术”“督脉刺骨术”“足三阴经筋解结术”“带脉经筋解结术”等针刀疗法,广泛应用于腰痛的治疗,极大地开拓了腰痛的治疗思路,且疗效显著,文章基于“利腰脐”理论对针刀疏筋解结法治疗非特异性下腰痛的临床思路及相关机理做一探讨,旨在总结针刀疏利腰脐法在非特异性下腰痛治疗过程中的重要指导作用,以期对非特异性下腰痛的治疗提供新思路。
Based on many years of clinical experience,Dr.WANG Haidong,the chief physician,combined with the academic thought of FU Qingzhu′s“benefiting the waist and navel”,proposed the needle knife methods for“relieving subumbilical tendons and knots”,“relieving Du meridian tendons and knots”and“relieving Belt meridian tendons and knots”.This paper,based on the theory of“benefiting the waist and navel”,discussed the treatment of low back pain.It discussed the clinical ideas and related mechanisms of the needle knife method of relieving the tendons and knots in the treatment of non-specific lower back pain,with the aim of summarizing the important guiding role of the needle knife method of relieving the tendons and knots in the treatment of non-specific lower back pain,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of non-specific lower back pain.
