摘要：目的:进一步明确祖国医学在干眼症治疗中的治疗方式,判断临床疗效,扩大适用范围,推广适宜技术,为后续诊疗方式的进一步研究提供理论支持和依据。方法:通过查阅相关经典著作及大量临床资料及文献研究,从对干眼症的诊断依据、治疗方法、效果评估等方面,概括近几年祖国医学在干眼症治疗中的现实应用,并将相关资料进行整理分析,汇总如下。结果:祖国医学在干眼症的治疗中方式多样,简洁有效,疗效显著,值得推广和进一步研究发掘。结论:祖国医学通过其特有的理论支持和简易的治疗方式在干眼症的治疗中发挥了极其重要的作用,为后期的研究使用和方案推广提供坚实的理论基础,并且因其效果突出,廉价便捷,副作用少,为后期对祖国医学在干眼症的研究与应用开创新的思路,提供新的舞台。
Objective:To further clarify the treatment methods of treating xerophthalmia in TCM,judge the clinical effects,enlarge the scope of application,popularize appropriate techniques,and provide theoretical support and basis for further research on the followup diagnosis and treatment.Methods:By consulting the relevant classics,a large number of clinical data and literature research,the practical application of treating xerophthalmia in TCM in recent years was summarized from the diagnosis,treatment methods and effective evaluation,and the relevant data was sorted analyzed.Results:TCM treatment of xerophthalmia was diverse,concise and effective,with significant effects,and is worth popularizing and further research and excavation.Conclusion:TCM has played an important role in the treatment of xerophthalmia through special theoretical support and simple treatment method.It provided a solid theoretical basis for the later research,applicaction and program popularization.It has created a new idea and provided a new stage for the later research and application of treating xerophthalmia in TCM because of outstanding effect,cheap and convenient,and fewer side effects.
