摘要:目的探讨CT-3D技术在肺部周围型肿块经皮穿刺活检术中的应用价值。方法术前和术中使用CT-3D技术,采用半自动切割式活检针诊断肺部周围型肿块52例。结果52例肺部周围型占位性病变,穿刺成功49例,病理诊断明确45例,腺癌31例,转移性癌6例,肺结核5例,炎性假瘤3例,无法诊断的3例;术后出现发生气胸8例,其中少量气胸7例,大量气胸1例,出现咯血5例,均为少量咯血。结论 CT-3D技术能够三维立体地直观、全面显示肺部周围型占位性病变形态,并能够清晰显示术中穿刺针的进针点、路线、深度、角度和针尖的具体位置。 CT-3D技术的使用提高了经皮肺穿刺活检术的安全性和诊断准确率,有效降低了并发症的发生率,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To explore the significance of CT-3D technology in percutaneous lung biopsy for diagnosing peripheral pulmonary tumors. Methods Using CT-3D technology in the preoperative and intraoperative, furthermore, 52 patients with peripheral pulmonary tumors were diagnosed using semi-automatic cut ing needle biopsy. Results Among al patients, the pathology demonstrated 45 cases, of them, adenocarcinoma in 31, metastatic cancer in 6, tuberculosis in 5, inflammatory pseudotumor in 3, while other 3 cases were pathogical y non-definite diagnosed, 7 patients complicated with slight pneumothorax, and large pneumothorax one patient, 2 patients presented a smal amount of hemoptysis. Conclusion On the one hand, the form of peripheral pulmonary lesions can be ful y displayed in a three-dimensional way using CT-3D technology, on the other hand, CT-3D technology can clearly show the needle point, line, depth, angle, and the specific location of the tip of the puncture needle. Morevoer, CT-3D technology improve the safety and diagnostic accuracy of the percutaneous lung biopsy, and ef ectively reduce the incidence of complications. Thus, it is worthy of further promotion.
