摘要：阐述了青年教师教学比赛对教师教学能力成长的促动作用,并总结了我校青年教师教学比赛的成绩和基本经验,对进一步做好青年教师教学比赛,发挥"以赛促教"的作用进行了思考并提出建议。
Elaborated the effects of teaching competition on teaching ability training of young teachers and summarized its performance and fundamental experience. This paper made reflection and offered suggestions to play a role on ＂promoting teaching by competition＂,which can do a better job in teaching competition of young teachers.
