摘要：干眼属中医学“白涩症”“神水将枯”“燥症”等范畴,其主要病机在于津液运行失常。玄府作为气液升降的通道,玄府郁闭,则人体内部津液运行障碍,目不得荣,从而引发干眼。因此,玄府与干眼之间存在着密切的关联。本文基于“玄府学说”对干眼的病因病机、症状与治疗展开探析,论述五脏玄府之津液输布与干眼的关系,总结干眼的基本病机为“玄府郁闭,目失濡养”,同时探讨了其治疗当以“开通玄府”为核心、辨证用药,以此剖析“玄府学说”在干眼治疗中的重要性,为临床改善干眼患者眼部症状与生活质量提供参考。
Dry eye is categorized in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)under terms such as Baise Zheng,Shenshui Jiangku,and Zaozheng,primarily characterized by dysfunction in the circulation of bodily fluids.Xuanfu as a conduit for the rise and fall of Qi and fluids,when obstructed,leads to impaired flow of bodily fluids,preventing the eyes from receiving nourishment,thereby resulting in dry eye.Consequently,there is a close relationship between the Xuanfu and dry eye.This paper explores the etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,and treatment of dry eye based on the theory of Xuanfu,discussing the relationship between the distribution of fluids from the five Zang organs and dry eye.It concludes that the fundamental pathogenesis of dry eye is"Xuanfu obstruction,eyes lack moisture",and further discusses that treatment should focus on opening Xuanfu and utilizing differential diagnosis for medication.This analysis underscores the significance of the theory of Xuanfu in the treatment of dry eye,providing a reference for clinical improvement of ocular symptoms and quality of life in dry eye patients.
