摘要:目的:观察少腹逐瘀颗粒联合米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者炎性因子及血流动力学的影响。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年12月96例子宫内膜异位症患者按照随机数字表分为两组,对照组48例给予米非司酮,观察组48例患者在对照组的基础上于月经周期第1天至月经周期第21天加用少腹逐瘀颗粒,治疗3个月经周期。治疗后比较两组炎性因子(IL-16、IL-8、TNF-α)、左右两侧子宫动脉血流动力学(最大血流速度、PI、RI)的差异。结果:经治疗,两组患者血清指标、血流动力学指标均有所改善(P<0.05),观察组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀颗粒联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症可以降低患者炎性因子、改善血流动力学,临床上值得推广运用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Granule combined with Mifepristone on inflammatory factors and hemodynamics in patients with endometriosis(EMs).Methods:96 patients with EMs were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Mifepristone;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Granule on 1st day to 21st day of menstrual cycle,and the treatment duration was 3 menstrual cycles.The differences in inflammatory factors(IL-16,IL-8,TNF-α)and uterine artery hemodynamics(maximum blood flow velocity,PI,RI)on the left and right sides were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the serum indexes and hemodynamic indexes were all improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaofu Zhuyu Granule combined with Mifepristone can reduce inflammatory factors and improve hemodynamics in patients with EMs,which is worthy of clinical application.
