摘要:目的探讨热立清直肠滴注液的解热作用及其机理,并观察其对直肠黏膜有无损伤。方法采用松节油和酵母混悬液皮下注射复制大鼠发热模型,并给予热立清直肠滴注液治疗后,观察两组大鼠的肛温变化情况,电镜下观察热立清对松节油组大鼠直肠黏膜的影响,同时观察酵母组大鼠下丘脑组织中IL-1β和cAMP含量的变化。结果热立清能有效降低发热大鼠的体温及下丘脑组织中IL-1β和cAMP含量;通过电镜下对比观察,热立清用药组大鼠直肠黏膜与空白对照组无差异。结论热立清能减少发热大鼠下丘脑中IL-1β的含量,从而减少中枢性发热介质cAMP的释放,导致机体的散热增强,产热减少,这可能是其解热机制之一;热立清组方合理,经直肠滴注给药不会对肠黏膜造成损伤。
Objectives To explore the treating effects and mechanism of Reliqing Proctoclysis Liquid on the experimental fever, observe the rectum slice under the electron microscope to find if the rectal mucous layer had been destroyed. Methods The experimental fever model rats were induced by receiving the turpentine oil and yeast suspension subcutaneously. After these rats had been treated with Reliqing Proctoclysis Liquid, observed the changes of the rats' rectal temperature, the rectum slice under the electron microscope to find if the rectal mucous layer had the variation and the contents of the IL-1β and cAMP in the hypothalamus. Resuits Reliqing could significantly decrease the rats' temperature with fever and the contents of the IL-1β and cAMP in the hypothalamus. The conclusion for the intestinal wall was that where had no variation by ob- serving the slices microscopically. Conclusion Reliqing Proctoclysis Liquid can decrease the content of cAMP in the hypothalamus by curbing the content of IL-1β in hypothalamus, then the rectal temperature will be reduced. It would be the one of the antipyretic mechanisms. The liquid would not injure the intestinal mucosa by dripping the liquid into rectum because the herbal composition of Reliqing is rational.
