摘要:地龙是动物源中药材,具有清热熄风,通络、平喘,利尿等功效,现代中医临床广泛用于心脑血管疾病、肺系疾病、痹证、脾胃病、肾脏病等多种疾病的治疗中,其应用方式以中成药、中药复方制剂为主。现代研究显示地龙含有蛋白质、多肽、氨基酸等多种有效成分,具有抗凝血、抗纤维化、降血压、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血糖、促进创面愈合等多种药理作用,其药理研究围绕在中药功效进行,为地龙的相关产品研发提供了理论依据。随着地龙生存环境和养殖环境的变迁,兽药、有机物的污染可能成为相关药物品质的影响因素。
Pheretima is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb derived from animals,which has the effects of clearing heat,calming wind,unblocking collaterals,relieving asthma,and diuresis,modern Chinese medicine widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular,cerebrovascular diseases,lung diseases,arthralgia syndrome,spleen and stomach diseases,kidney diseases and other diseases,and its application mode is mainly traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations and traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations.Modern research shows that pheretima contain various effective ingredients such as pro?teins,peptides,amino acids,etc,it has various pharmacological effects such as anticoagulation,anti fibrosis,blood pressure lowering,immune regulation,anti-tumor,hypoglycemic,and promoting wound healing.Pheretima pharmacological research fo?cuses on the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,providing a theoretical basis for the development of related products of pheretima.With the changes in the living and breeding environment of the pheretima,pollution from veterinary drugs and organic matter may become a factor affecting the quality of related drugs.
