摘要：本文基于《吴门治验录》治疗中风的经验,分析总结了其临证辨治的特点:重视中虚致病,细审病机之因,详究施治法活,注重后期调护;治疗以补虚养营为基,养血活络熄风,治肝肾祛风湿,重视内外之风,用药动静相宜,察病证审法度。
This article is based on clinical experience in curing apoplexy, analyzing features of differential diagnoses and treatments. And some rules are concluded such as attaching great importance on diseases to deficiency, reexamining pathological factors, emphasizing flexible treatment plans and focusing on post-nursing.Therefore, treatment principals are summarize as follows: replenishing deficiency and nutrition, invigorating blood and meridians, calming endogenous wind, curing liver and kidney while removing wind and wet. Also, inner and outer wind are considered as vital pathological factors with treatment by terms of drug using with dynamic features or static ones, observing symptoms and standards.
