摘要：以两种蒙古黄芪种子为供试材料,研究打磨处理、硫酸处理、热水浸泡处理、环割处理、砂撞处理等5种处理方式对黄芪种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的影响。结果表明,不同处理方式下发芽率高低顺序为:打磨处理>硫酸处理>热水浸泡处理>环割处理>砂撞处理>未处理(对照组,CK);与CK相比,不同处理方式均可不同程度提高黄芪种子的发芽率。综合考虑各种处理方式的优缺点以及在实际生产中的可行性,最终确定在实际栽培种植中,多采用打磨处理和热水浸泡处理作为黄芪种子预处理办法。
In this paper,two kinds of seeds of Astragalus mongholicus were used as experimental materials to study the effects of five pretreatment methods on the germination rate, germination potential and germination index of Astragalus mongholicus seeds. The results showed that the order of different treatments was:grinding treatment>sulfuric acid treatment>hot water treatment>ring cutting method>sand impact treatment>untreated(CK). Compared with the control,different treatments could significantly improve the germination rate. However,considering the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods,it was finally determined that in the actual production process,grinding treatment and boiling water treatment are often used as pretreatment methods of Astragalus seeds.
