摘要:目的监测不同采收时间枸杞子中枸杞多糖的含量,并研究不同采收时间枸杞多糖含量的动态变化规律。方法设立固定样品产地,连续监测2个种植生产年度采收周期内的枸杞子样品,采用回流提取法提取不同采收时间枸杞子中的枸杞多糖,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在490 nm波长处测定枸杞子中枸杞多糖的含量。结果2个年度内不同采收时间枸杞子中枸杞多糖含量存在差异,整体均呈现出枸杞多糖含量7月下旬>8月中上旬>7月中上旬>6月的趋势,2个年度均呈现出从6—8月枸杞多糖含量先增高再降低的态势;从采收时间、节气来看,2个年度内均呈现出枸杞多糖含量大暑前后>立秋前后>小暑前后>夏至前后>芒种前后,大暑前后枸杞多糖含量最高。结论通过对同一样地2个年度内不同采收时间枸杞子中枸杞多糖含量变化的监测,得出枸杞多糖含量存在规律性变化,且受日照、气温及雨水等有利因素的影响,大暑前后采摘的枸杞子中枸杞多糖含量最高,可为枸杞子的品质评价及商品等级划分等提供依据。
Objective To monitor the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide from Lycium chinense Mill.at different harvest time,and to study the dynamic change rule thereof at different harvest time.Methods A fixed sample producing area was set up to continuously monitor the samples of Lycium chinense Mill.in harvest periods of planting production within 2 years.Lycium barbarum polysaccharide from Lycium chinense Mill.at different harvest time was extracted by reflux extraction method.The content there in was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry at 490 nm.Results There were differences in the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide from Lycium chinense Mill.at different harvest time within 2 years.The overall content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide showed a trend of late July>early to mid-August>early to mid-July>June.The content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide first increased and then decreased from June to August within 2 years.In terms of harvest time and solar terms,the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide within 2 years showed before and after Great Heat>before and after the Beginning of Autumn>before and after Slight Heat>before and after Summer Solstice>before and after Bearded Grain,and the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide was the highest before and after Great Heat.Conclusion By monitoring the change of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide content from Lycium chinense Mill.at different harvest time in the same place within 2 years,it follows out that there is regular change in Lycium barbarum polysaccharide content,which is affected by sunshine,temperature and rain and other favorable factors,among which collected before and after Great Heat is the highest,which provides a basis for quality evaluation and commodity classification of Lycium chinense Mill.
