摘要：糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病严重的微血管并发症之一,在全球范围内造成了严重的负担,对早期预防、临床诊断和治疗方面产生重大挑战。其发病及进展机制复杂,包括线粒体功能障碍、炎症损伤、氧化应激、脂毒性、表观遗传学等,进一步明确DN的发病机制,对于DN的早期诊断,探索新的治疗策略,改善预后具有非常重要的意义。肾足细胞是在DN发生发展,尤其蛋白尿的产生中发挥重要作用。本文就DN足细胞损伤的相关机制进行综述,以期为DN的预防、治疗提供理论支持。
Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the serious microvascular complications of diabetes,which has caused a heavy burden globally and poses significant challenges in early prevention,clinical diagnosis and treatment.The pathogenesis and progression mechanism is complex,including mitochondrial dysfunction,inflammatory injury,oxidative stress,lipid toxicity,epigenetics,etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to further clarify the pathogenesis of DN for early diagnosis,exploring new treatment strategies and improving prognosis.Renal podocytes play an important role in the development of DN,especially the occurrence of proteinuria.This review summarizes the related mechanisms of podocyte damage in DN,with the aim of providing theoretical support for the prevention and treatment of DN.
