摘要：近年来,慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并发骨质疏松病例呈上升态势,两者联系之紧密性日益突出。自《内经》以来,历代医家对肺病及肾而致骨痿机制进行了深入探究。理论上,肺主气司呼吸,肾主骨生髓,且两者属母子相生关系,在肺系疾患引起骨痿过程中影响重大。本文基于“肺肾相生”理论,结合现代医学研究成果,探讨COPD与骨质疏松相关性,以期为临床相关诊治提供依据。
In recent years,the cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with osteoporosis are on the rise,and the correlation between them is increasingly prominent.Since Nei Jing,the mechanism of bone impotence caused by lung disease involving kidney has been explored deeply by doctors in history.In theory,lung governs qi and controls breathing,kidney dominates bone and produces marrow,and they are maternal and child,which has a great influence on the process of bone impotence caused by lung diseases.In this article,based on the theory of“lung-kidney interaction”and combined with modern medical research achievements,the correlation between COPD and osteoporosis was discussed,in order to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
