摘要：目的:观察自拟桑枇芷翘方外用治疗肺热型痤疮的疗效及其对炎症因子水平的影响。方法:选取肺热型痤疮患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例,并选取科室健康医护人员20例为空白组。清洁面部后,治疗组给予红蓝光照射并联合上述面膜治疗;对照组给予红蓝光照射并联合夫西地酸软膏外用;空白组不采取任何治疗。3周后评估疗效并检测3组IL-1α、IL-1β炎症因子水平。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗有效率分别为81.82%、76.74%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组与对照组的IL-1α、IL-1β水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组皮损红斑、色素沉着评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟桑枇芷翘方外用治疗肺热型痤疮效果显著,改善皮损症状明显,能够抑制炎症反应,且安全有效。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of external use of self-made Sangpi Zhiqiao prescription in treatment of pulmonary heat type acne and its influence on inflammatory factors level.Methods:Ninety patients with pulmonary heat type acne were selected,and were divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=45),and 20 healthy medical staff were selected as blank group.The treatment group was given red and blue light exposure,combined with the above mask after face cleaned,the control group was given red and blue light exposure,combined with the external use of fusdic acid ointment,and the blank group was adopted nothing.After 3 weeks,the curative effect was evaluated and the IL-1α,IL-1βinflammatory factors level among the three groups were detected.Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group was 81.82%and 76.74%respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of IL-1αand IL-1βof the treatment group and control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment,which were significantly lower in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores for erthema and pigmentation of skin lesions in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The self-made Sangpi Zhiqiao prescription is effective in the treatment of pulmonary heat type acne,and could significantly improve the efficacy of skin lesion,it can suppress imflammatory response with efficacy and safety.
