摘要:目的:以自我决定理论为基础,探索中学生运动动机与体育锻炼行为之间的关系,为中学生体育教学提供理论依据。方法:采用《运动调节行为量表》和《体育活动等级量表》,对定西市4所中学的564名中学生的运动动机及体育锻炼行为进行测量及分析。结果:中学生参加体育锻炼的动机由高到低依次是认同调节,内摄调节、外在调节、内部动机、无动机。且内部动机和认同调节与体育锻炼强度、时间、频率和运动量呈显著正相关,而内摄调节、外在调节及无动机则与体育锻炼强度、时间、频率及运动量呈显著负相关关系。结论:内部动机及认同调节能够有效预测体育锻炼行为,且外在调节、内摄调节对锻炼强度具有显著负向预测作用,无动机对锻炼频率、强度都具有显著负向预测作用。
Objective: Based on the self-determination theory,motivation to explore middle school sports and physicalexercise behavior,the relationship between the physical education teaching for high school students and toprovide theoretical basis. Methods: Using the "exercise behavior scale"and "sports rating scale",564 high school students of the Dingxi area during the 4 middle school sports motivation and physical exercise behavior measurement and analysis. Results: Middle school students motivation to take part in physical exercise are sequently identity,perturbation adjustment,external adjustment,internal motivation,no motivation. Identity regulation,the internal motivation and exercise time,intensity,frequency and amount of exercise were significantly positively related,while taken-in adjustment,external adjustment,no motivation,and the exercise time,intensity,frequency and exercise were significantly negative correlation relationship. Conclusions: Internal motivation and identity to adjust all aspects of physical exercises can be positively predicted,internal adjustment,the external adjustment has significantly negative effect on exercise intensity,the same happened in no motivation on exercise intensity and frequency which shows significant negative prediction function.
