摘要：目的:观察COPD患者痰炎性细胞分类计数、痰上清液和血清IL-6、IL-8及LTB4含量,探讨其相关性,并与健康组对比含量的差异。方法:纳入稳定期中、重度COPD患者50例做为COPD组,30例健康自愿者作为健康对照组,分别检测痰炎性细胞数和痰上清液、血清IL-6、IL-8及LTB4含量。结果:COPD组血清及痰上清液中IL-6、IL-8、LTB4含量水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。COPD组血清和痰上清液IL-6含量显著相关(r=0.864,P<0.01);IL-8含量显著相关(r=0.938,P<0.01);LTB4含量有相关性(r=0.366,P<0.05)。COPD组痰中性粒细胞计数与痰上清液IL-6含量呈显著相关(r=0.809,P<0.01);痰中性粒细胞计数与痰上清液IL-8含量呈显著相关(r=0.817,P<0.01);痰中性粒细胞计数与痰上清液LTB4含量有相关性(r=0.309,P<0.05)。结论:COPD组痰上清液及血清IL-6、IL-8、LTB4含量、痰中性粒细胞计数均显著相关,且血清和痰上清液IL-8含量相关性最强,具有临床指导意义。
Objective:To observe the sputum inflammatory cells and supernatant and serum IL-6,IL-8 and LTB4 levels in COPD patients,discuss their correlation,and the difference compared with that of the healthy group.Methods:The COPD group consisting of 50 patients of moderate and severea,while the control group consisting of 30 healthy persons as volunteers.The number of inflammatory cells and the content of IL-6,IL-8 and LB4 in serum and sputum supernatants were detected respectively.Results: The serum and sputum supernatant IL-6,IL-8,LTB4 levels of COPD group were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group(P<0.01).The serum IL-6 and the sputum supernatants IL-6 were significantly correlated(r=0.864,P<0.01)in COPD group;IL-8 were significantly correlated(r=0.938,P<0.01);LTB4 were correlated(r=0.366,P<0.05).In the COPD group,the sputum neutrophils cells and supernatant IL-6 have a significant correlation(r=0.809,P<0.01),and does IL-8 in sputum(r=0.817, P<0.01).The cotent of LTB4 in the sputum and supernatant has correlation(r=0.309,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the COPD group,the serum and sputum supernatant IL-6,IL-8 and LTB4 and sputum neutrophils cells have significant correlation.IL-8 of the serum and sputum supernatant particularly has the strongest correlation which possesses a clinical significance.
