摘要：目的通过文献计量学分析围术期经皮穴位电刺激的研究热点与趋势,为促进围术期患者早期康复提供参考和指导。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库从2015年1月1日-2025年6月30日收录的围术期经皮穴位电刺激的相关研究,应用CiteSpace6.2.R3文献计量学软件进行可视化分析。结果共纳入1238篇文献,发文量最多的作者是程桯,发文最多的机构为山东中医药大学;研究热点聚焦于围术期老年患者,以及术后疼痛、胃肠功能紊乱、认知功能等并发症的研究。术后恢复质量和术后康复是研究前沿热点。结论围术期经皮穴位电刺激研究尚未形成核心作者群,不同团队和机构之间合作薄弱,目前关于穴位、电刺激选择标准的相关研究较少,尚未建立标准化操作流程,未来应基于循证医学的方法,制定经皮穴位电刺激的标准化方案,推动术后康复管理向精准化发展。
Objective To explore the research hotspots and trends of perioperative transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation therapy through bibliometric analysis,so as to provide reference and guidance for promoting the early rehabilitation of perioperative patients.Methods Relevant studies on perioperative transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation included in CNKI database from January 1,2015 to June 30,2025 were retrieved,and CiteSpace6.2.R3 bibliometric software was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 1238 articles were included.The author with the highest number of publications was CHENG Ting,and the institution with the most publications was Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Research hotspots focused on elderly patients during the perioperative period,with studies on postoperative pain,gastrointestinal dysfunction,cognitive function and other complications.Postoperative recovery quality and postoperative rehabilitation were the cutting-edge research topics.Conclusion The research on perioperative transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation has not yet formed a core group of authors.There is a lack of cooperation among different teams and institutions.Currently,there are few studies on the selection criteria for acupoints and electrical stimulation.Standardized operation procedures have not been established.In the future,based on evidence-based medicine methods,a standardized plan for transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation should be formulated to promote the development of postoperative rehabilitation management towards precision management.
