摘要:目的探讨内省智能理论应用在精神卫生护理学课程中的教学效果。方法选取本校2019级护理本科生95名为观察组,将发展护生内省智能相关教学方法融入课程教学中;2018级90名护理本科生为对照组,采用传统教学方法,课程结束后比较2组护生的形成性考核、终结性考核、总评成绩及对课程的满意度,并评价观察组护生内省智能水平。结果观察组形成性考核、终结性考核及总评成绩均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组结课后内省智能水平比开课前高(P<0.05),内省智能属于中上能力;观察组总评成绩排名前15与后15的护生均分别高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对授课满意度评价高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内省智能理论融入精神卫生护理学课程,可提高教学效果,考核形式与授课方式多样性能更好发展护生内省智能,激发学习兴趣,为人文课程教学改革提供参考。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of Mental Health Nursing based on introspective intelligence theory.Methods A total of 95 nursing undergraduates of grade 2019 were selected as the observation group,and the teaching methods related to the development of introspective intelligence of nursing students were integrated into the teaching,while 90 nursing undergraduates of grade 2018 as the control group,using traditional teaching methods.Formative assessment,summative assessment,general assessment and curriculum satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and introspective intelligence of nursing students in the observation group was evaluated at the end of the teaching.Results The score of formative assessment,summative assessment and general evaluation in the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the introspection intelligence in the observation group was improved(P<0.05).In terms of general assessment,the scores of nursing students in the observation group who ranked in the top 15 and the last 15 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Students in the observation group were more satisfied with the teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The integration of introspective intelligence theory into the course of Mental Health Nursing can improve the teaching effect,develop nursing students’introspective intelligence and stimulate their interest in learning,and provide reference for the teaching reform of humanities courses.
