摘要：目的:通过对中药黄芪抗肿瘤方面的研究文献进行可视化分析,了解其研究热点及前沿动态,分析自2010年以来黄芪抗肿瘤的研究现状,为黄芪抗肿瘤机制的进一步研究提供参考。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)及Web of Science中的数据库为数据来源,采用VOSviewer 1.6.18软件对纳入的2010-2022年黄芪抗肿瘤方面的文献进行文献计量学分析。结果:CNKI共纳入文献699篇,Web of Science纳入1616篇文献。黄芪抗肿瘤的发文量呈现出波浪式前进的趋势,所涉及的学科领域与基金支持相对较广,研究机构主要以全国各省中医药大学为主,涉及胃癌、宫颈癌、甲状腺癌、结肠癌、肝癌等多种癌症,主要有效成分为黄芪多糖、黄芪皂苷类、黄酮类等,主要的研究重点为免疫调节、肿瘤微环境等,其中黄芪多糖抗肿瘤出现的频次较高,因此黄芪多糖抗肿瘤的深入研究将成为黄芪抗肿瘤研究领域的热点。结论:21世纪以来,黄芪抗肿瘤研究取得了持续进步,特别是对黄芪注射液及黄芪多糖抗肿瘤的大量研究,促进了黄芪抗肿瘤新药理作用的发现与应用,提高了黄芪资源潜在的经济价值。
Objective:Through the visual analysis of the research literature of Astragalus anti-tumor,the research hotspot and frontier trends of Astragalus anti-tumor were understood,and the current research status of Astragalus anti-tumor since 2010 was analyzed to provide reference for further research of Astragalus anti-tumor.Methods:Using the database CNKI and Web of Science,VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to analyze the included literature in 2010-2022.Results:A total of 699 literatures were included in CNKI,and 1616 literatures were included in Web of Science database,and the number of papers published on Astragalus anti-tumor showed a wave trend,The subject areas and fund support involved are relatively wide,The research institutions are mainly in the provincial traditional Chinese medicine universities,Involving gastric cancer,cervical cancer,thyroid cancer,colon cancer,liver cancer and other cancers,The main active ingredients are Astragalus polysaccharide(APS),Astragalus saponins,and flavonoids,Major research focuses on immune regulation,tumor microenvironment,Among them,the frequency of anti-tumor occurrence of astragalus polysaccharide was higher,Therefore,the in-depth study of APS anti-tumor will become a hotspot in the research field.Conclusion:Since the 21st century,the field of anti-tumor research has made continuous progress,especially a large number of studies on anti-tumor research of astragalus injection and polysaccharides,which has promoted the discovery and application of new anti-tumor pharmacological effects of astragalus,and improved the potential economic value of astragalus resources.
