摘要:中餐菜名具有成熟而独特的命名方法和烹饪方法,对中餐菜名进行英译,只有了解中餐菜名的命名方法和烹饪方法,才能忠实反映菜肴的内容及特色。中餐菜名的英译,应根据菜品的独有特点采用直译、音译、意译、直译加注、意译加注、音译加注等多种方法。中餐菜名英译时,需坚持择优选用翻译方法、突出文化内涵、遵循翻译标准等原则。
The naming of Chinese dishes, mature and unique methods and cooking methods, to English translation of Chinese dishes,only by understanding the naming method of Chinese dishes and cooking methods, can accurately reflect the content of the dishes and characteristics. Translation of Chinese dishes, should be based on the unique characteristics of dishes as literal translation, transliteration, free translation, literal translation filling, transliteration and free translation methods such as filling. Needs to hold to select the English translation of Chinese dishes translation methods, highlight the cultural connotation, follow the principle of translation criteria,etc.
