摘要：骨骺损伤是儿童骨折中最为常见的一种损伤,因损伤部位、损伤程度及治疗方法的不同,对其愈后会产生深远的影响。治疗不当会诱发一系列并发症,甚至导致关节畸形或发育异常而影响终生。因此,小儿骨科医生应该对骨骺损伤分类、骨骺损伤机制及修复特点做到了解,对临床小儿骨骺损伤的治疗能结合其损伤特点及程度,患儿年龄及骨骺潜在后期生长发育能力等进行综合评估,选取最佳治疗方法。
Epiphyseal injury is the most common type of fractures in children.The prognosis will be greatly affected by the injury location,injury degrees,and the treatment methods.Improper treatment can induce a series of complications,and even lead to joint deformities or abnormal development and affect life.Therefore,the classification and the mechanism of epiphyseal injury,and the characteristics of repair should be understood by the pediatric orthopedist.Clinical treatment of pediatric epiphyseal injury can be combined with the characteristics and injury degrees.The age of the child and the potential late growth and development ability of the epiphysis should be comprehensively evaluated in order to choose the best treatment methods.
