摘要:党参作为临床常用补益类药材,具有健脾益肺、养血生津的功效,鲜品含水含糖量较高,干燥不及时极易产生发霉或变质现象,严重影响党参品质及临床疗效。文章通过考证本草典籍、《中华人民共和国药典》和各地炮制规范及党参干燥的现代研究,发现党参呈现由传统的单一暴晒转为现代的烘干、搓条和红外干燥等多种干燥方式相结合的演变趋势,现代炮制规范对党参干燥方式未作明确要求,已不能满足产地加工需求。从外观性状、化学成分及药理药效等方面阐述了不同干燥方法会改变党参质量和药效品质,对比党参现代干燥技术,认为多种干燥技术联合的新型干燥方式对党参干燥产业有较大的发展潜力,旨在为党参干燥工艺优化及规模化生产提供参考思路。
Radix Codonopsis is a commonly used tonifying medicinal herb in clinical practice,and has the effects of invigorating the spleen and lungs,nourishing blood and generating fluids.Fresh Radix Codonopsis has high water and sugar content,and if not dried in time,they are prone to mold or spoilage,seriously affecting the quality and clinical efficacy of Radix Codonopsis.This article explores the evolution trend of Radix Codonopsis from traditional single exposure drying to a combination of modern drying methods such as drying,rubbing,and infrared drying.The modern processing standard has not made clear requirements for the drying method of Radix Codonopsis,which can not meet the processing needs of the producing area.This article elaborates on how different drying methods can change the quality and efficacy of Radix Codonopsis from the aspects of appearance,chemical composition,and pharmacological effects.By comparing modern drying technologies of Radix Codonopsis,it is believed that a new drying method combining multiple drying technologies has great development potential for the Radix Codonopsis drying industry,aiming to provide reference ideas for optimizing the drying process and large-scale production of Radix Codonopsis.
