摘要:[目的]评估兰州市保教人员对儿童急救知识掌握情况及学习态度,为开展对保教人员实施急救知识与技能的培训提供科学依据。[方法]采用多级抽样的方法从兰州市3个区抽取316名托幼机构保教人员进行儿童急救知识及相关问题的调查问卷。[结果]89.33%的保教人员认为儿童时期就应该学习急救知识;对于常见的急救知识如急救电话,骨折,地震,保教人员的知晓率普遍偏低,其中对于烫烧伤问题,不同性质机构的保教人员掌握情况差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.4,P﹤0.01),而不同工作年限的保教人员对此问题的掌握情况基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]保教人员缺乏常见的儿童急救知识,对其开展及普及儿童常见急救知识和技能的培训刻不容缓。
[Objective]To make an assessment about the pediatric first aid knowledge of caregivers and teachers and their study attitudes in Lanzhou,so as to provide a scientific basis for the caregivers and teachers' training of first aid knowledge and skills.[Methods]Multistep sampling method were employed to selected 316 caregivers and teachers in nurseries from three districts of Lanzhou city.Questionnaires on pediatric first aid knowledge and related problems were investigated.[Results]89.33% of the caregivers and teachers thought the knowledge about first aid should be taught since childhood.Generally,the rate of grasping first aid knowledge on common such as emergency phone,fracture,and earthquake of caregivers and teacherswas low.Beside,the knowledge about the scald and burn were obviously different between the caregivers and teachers coming from different qualified institutions(χ^2 = 15.4,P﹤0.01).However,the caregivers and teachers held the similar unanimous ideas and knowledge,and there was no significant difference between them(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]The teaching staffs were lack of first-aid knowledge in emergency of children.Therefore,the security training of first-aid knowledge and skills to teaching staff is of great urgency.
