摘要：本文通过分析人体肠道菌群与高血压危险因素(胆固醇、动脉粥样硬化、肥胖、代谢综合征、糖尿病)之间的关系,并结合高血压患者肠道菌群变化及乳酸菌降压研究,认为肠道菌群可能为高血压发病的环境因素。
Based on analysis of the relations between gut microbiota and the clinical risk factors（ cholesterol,atherosclerosis,obesity,metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes mellitus） of the essential hypertension,as well as changes of the gut microbiota in patients with hypertension and antihypertensive effect of lactic acid bacteria,this article puts forward a viewpoint that gut microbiota might be an environmental factor that play an important role in the development of essential hypertension.
