摘要：清代伤寒学家柯琴开创性地提出了“六经地面说”,他对六经的认识独具一格,认为六经为经界之经,是分六区之地面。“六经地面说”的理论之源为《素问·皮部论》,三阴三阳之表里、开阖枢与六经地面具有密切的联系,阐明其中的联系能为深入理解“六经地面说”的内涵提供裨益。六经地面的传变、合病并病极具特点,邪入六经地面的治疗用方具有鲜明的层次性。此文从以上几点出发阐述“六经地面说”,为学者理解“六经地面说”提供参考。
Ke Qin,a typhoid scholar in Qing Dynasty,put forward the theory of Liujing Dimian theory.He had a unique understanding of the Liujing,and thought that the six sutras are considered to be the sutras of the boundaries of sutras,and the ground is divided into six zones.The origin of“Liujing Dimian theory”is from Suwen·Pibu Lun.The inner and outer parts of three yin and three yang,the opening and closing pivots are closely related to the Liujing Dimian theory,and elucidating the relationship between them can provide benefits for us to deeply understand the connotation of“Liujing Dimian theory”.The transmission and combination of diseases on the ground of the six channels are very characteristic,and the treatment of evil entering the ground of the six channels has vivid levels.Starting from the above points,this paper expounds the theory of“Liujing Dimian theory”and provides reference for scholars to understand the theory of‘Six Classics of the Ground'.
