摘要：本文通过对不同专业、不同年级的中药学类专业学生进行传统与现代模式,应用型人才培养模式,对协同创新,教学方法及考试等模式调查分析发现,培养中药学类专业应与传统与现代教学相结合,转向应用型人才发展方向,加大协同创新力度,对教学方法及考试等模式进行优化,注重中药学专业人才树立现代教育理念、注重新理论、新技术的学习,注重创新能力和实践能力培养,注重校内与企业相结合的培养模式,全面提高学生的创新能力。这种多模式相结合的中药学类专业人才培养模式对促进中医药继承与发展具有重要意义。
In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of traditional and modern modes,applied talent cultivation mode,collaborative innovation,teaching methods and examinations and other modes of different majors and different grades of Chinese medicine students,we found that cultivating Chinese medicine majors should combine traditional and modern teaching,turn to the direction of applied talent development,increase collaborative innovation,optimize teaching methods and examinations and other modes,focus on Chinese medicine professional talents in establishing modern education concepts,focusing on the learning of new modern theories and technologies,focusing on the cultivation of innovative ability and practical ability,focusing on the training mode of combining school and enterprise,and improving students'innovative ability comprehensively.This multi-model combined training mode of talents in Chinese medicine has an important role in promoting the inheritance and development of Chinese medicine.
