摘要：基于膝骨关节炎的中医病因病机,从现代生物力学、病理学和分子生物学等角度分析《黄帝内经》“风寒湿邪”致病理论与膝骨关节炎发病机制的相关性,尝试以现代科学角度论证《黄帝内经》“风寒湿邪”致病理论的科学性,为中医防治膝骨关节炎和相关骨科疾病提供客观的分子生物学、病理学和生物力学依据,从而提高临床疗效。
Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM of knee osteoarthritis,this paper analyses correlation between“pathogenic wind,cold and dampness”pathogenic theory in Huangdi Neijing and pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis from the aspects of modern biomechanics,pathology and molecular biology etc.,and attempts to demonstrate the scientificity of the pathogenic theory of“pathogenic wind,cold and dampness”in Huangdi Neijing from the perspective of modern science,so as to provide objective molecular biological,pathological and biomechanical basis for TCM prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis and related orthopedic diseases,thereby improving the clinical efficacy.
