摘要:用盆栽法研究不同品系春蚕豆对不同磷处理的适应机理。结果表明,低磷胁迫条件下,供试3 个蚕豆品系都有类似的根系形态变化和酸性磷酸酶活性的变化特征,即根半径减小,根干重、根冠比、根系比表面积及酸性磷酸酶活性增加。但减小和增加的程度在品系之间有很大差异,临蚕5 号最强烈,平均浮动20.3%;其次为8409,平均浮动7.9%;最弱的是8354,平均浮动4.9%。说明临蚕5号比8409蚕豆和8354蚕豆更能忍耐低磷胁迫。试验还表明,同一品种不同器官分泌的酸性磷酸酶活性也有显著差异,即根系>茎>叶片。另外,试验说明根系酸性磷酸酶活性和根系形态参数可作为蚕豆耐低磷品种筛选的生化指标和形态指标。
Mechanism of different Vicia faba genetic adaptability to different phosphorus treatment was studied with pot experiment. The result showed that morphology of root and activity of acid phosphatase of three V. faba varieties changed, e.g. radius of root reduced; root dry weight、specific surface area of root and activity of acid phosphatase increased, but the range of reducing and increasing were different among varieties, LC5 8409 and 8354 were 20.3%, 7.9% and 7.9% respectively. It shows that ability of LC5 tolerate to low-phosphorus stress is more than 8409 and 8354.The experiment also showed that activity of different organ in the same varieties was different, e.g. root>shoot>leaf. This experiment showed that acid phosphatase of root and property of morphology of root, which considered a philology-chemical index and morphology index for choosing varieties of tolerating low-phosphorus.
