摘要：体教融合的实施与推进是新时代学校体育改革与发展的“指南针”“设计图”,而学校体育的改革和发展是全面贯彻和落实体教融合的主要措施和推进路径。通过文献研究、实地调研、逻辑分析等方法对体教融合背景下西北地区农村学校体育发展的困境及路径进行深入研究。研究认为:现实基础与目标融合的差距、思想观念与思想融合的隔阂、应试教育与措施融合的偏差、机制创新与资源融合的错位是制约西北农村地区学校体育发展的主要因素。只有通过转变思想观念,全面落实体教融合政策;因地制宜,全面深化学校体育改革;因势利导,完善学校体育评价机制;机制创新,完善学校体育保障体系等措施才能推动西北农村地区学校体育的发展。
The implementation and promotion of the integration of sports and education is the"compass"and"design map"of the reform and development of school physical education in the new era.The reform and development of school physical education is the main measure and promotion path to comprehensively implement the integration of sports and education.Through literature research,field research,logical analysis and other methods,this paper makes an in-depth study on the dilemma and path of rural school sports development in Northwest China under the background of the integration of sports and education.The results show that the difficulties of the development of rural school physical education in Northwest China are mainly reflected in the following aspects:the gap between practical basis and goal integration;the gap between ideas and ideological fusion;the deviation of the integration of examination oriented education and measures;the dislocation of mechanism innovation and resource integration.The diversified development paths to promote school physical education in rural areas of Northwest China are as follows:we should change our ideas and implement the policy of the integration of sports and education in an all-round way,comprehensively deepen the reform of school physical education according to local conditions,improve the evaluation mechanism of physical education according to the situation,innovate the mechanism and improve the security system of school sports.
