摘要：滑膜细胞的炎性损伤是类风湿性关节炎(RA)发病的核心病理过程。艾灸治疗RA疗效确切,且大量实验研究也证实了艾灸对RA滑膜细胞因炎性损伤所导致的结构和功能异常具有良好的修复作用。笔者检索了近10年的实验研究文献,从滑膜细胞的形态结构、凋亡、增殖进程、分泌功能、血管翳形成及炎性细胞通路等方面总结了艾灸对RA滑膜细胞炎性损伤的修复机制,为今后的研究提供参考和依据。
The inflammatory injury of synovial cell is the core pathologic processes of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Clinical application of moxa-wool moxibustion in the treatment of RA has significant clinical effect, and a large numbers of experimental studies have shown that moxa-wool moxibustion has a good regulating effect on abnormal structure and function of RA synovial cell that caused by inflammatory injury. The repairing mechanism of moxa-wool moxibustion for abnormalities of RA synovial cell was summarized based on 10 years of literature researches from the aspects of morphology, apoptosis and proliferation process, secretion, pannus formation and inflammatory pathways, so as to provide reference and basis for further research.
