摘要:在“以学生发展为中心”教学理念指导下,重视学生知识、能力、人格发展。营养学课程组通过优化教学内容,纵向整合课程知识体系,体现中医药特色,通过开展线上线下混合教学模式组织教学,在教学方法上使用问题式、讨论式、翻转课堂等多种教学方式授课,培养学生科学思维能力,将教学从课内延展到课外,努力构建开放互动的教学-科研-实践环节。同时,多元化的考核评价学生学习情况,注重过程性评价,发现学生在学习过程中表现出的创造性、思维能力和情感态度。通过教学反馈,教师对学生的考核情况进行总结,答疑解惑,通过师生互评,促进教与学的效果稳步提升。课程创新成效显著,营造了浓厚的学习氛围,学生参与度高且成绩丰硕,学生创新创业能力强。教学创新成果在营养学系列课程中广泛应用,教学效果良好。
Under the guidance of the teaching concept of"student development as centered",we pay attention to the development of students'knowledge,ability and personality.Nutrition curriculum by optimizing teaching content,longitudinal integration of curriculum knowledge system,reflect the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,by online mixed teaching mode organization teaching,using teaching methods,discussion,flipped classroom teaching methods,cultivate students scientific thinking ability,teaching from class to extracurricular,efforts to build open interactive teaching-scientific research-practice.At the same time,diversified assessment and evaluation of students'learning situation,pay attention to process evaluation,and find the creativity of students,thinking ability and emotional attitude of students in the learning process.Through teaching feedback,teachers summarize the assessment of students,answer questions and doubts,and through the mutual evaluation between teachers and students to promote the steady improvement of teaching and learning effect.The course innovation has achieved remarkable results,creating a strong learning atmosphere,with high student participation and fruitful results,and students with strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Teaching innovation results are widely used in nutrition series courses and have a good teaching effect.
