摘要：老年人家庭权威弱化、家庭空心化、生活成本与养老资本的背离、传统孝道文化的衰落等都在冲击着农村家庭养老的主体地位,农村家庭养老的自信面临危机。深入考量农村家庭养老时就会发现,家庭养老因为其具有的文化意蕴、社会隔代抚育价值、家庭发展价值,在目前和将来依然具有决定性的价值和意义。因此,应根据老年人的家庭状况、健康状况、收入状况、兴趣爱好等基本因素,以农村互助养老、社区养老、社会养老为补充,大力发展农村家庭养老,强化农村家庭养老的自信。
The weakening of the family authority of the elderly, the hollowing out of the family, the deviation between the cost of living and pension capital, and the decline of the traditional filial piety culture are all impacting the main position of rural family support for the aged, and the confidence of which is facing a crisis. When we deeply consider the rural family support for the aged, we will find that it still has decisive value and significance at present and in the future because of its cultural implication, social intergenerational care value and family development value. According to the basic factors such as family status, health status, income status and interests of the elderly, we should vigorously develop rural family support for the aged and strengthen the confidence of it with the supplement of rural mutual pension, community pension and social pension.
